Available items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.

Once the return has arrived at the shop and has been checked, the invoice amount will be credited within 14 days via the payment method you selected when placing the order.

A direct exchange of a returned item is unfortunately not possible. Once the item you returned has arrived at the shop and has been checked, the credit will be issued via the payment method you specified. Simply reorder the item.
